Sarah Leigh
Called: 1984 Areas of Law: Family, Direct Access & Collaborative Law
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Sarah Leigh is a specialist family law practitioner, but with her appointment as a DDJ she has been able to develop a detailed knowledge of civil procedure and the costs regime. Sarah finds that her civil knowledge compliments her family practice particularly in areas of jurisdictional overlap such as TOLATA applications and business elements of ancillary relief work.
Whilst Sarah undertakes work in all areas of family law she has a particular interest in middle to high value ancillary relief cases. She is a lecturer on ancillary relief with a highly regarded accredited course provider. Sarah hopes that she has developed an approachable and accessible manner with both clients and other professionals.
COLLABORATIVE LAW
Sarah is a collaboratively trained lawyer and a member of the Greater Manchester pod, the Merseyside pod and the national Bar pod of which she is a founder member.
