The PI/Clinical Negligence Department offers expertise in personal injury, Industrial disease and clinical negligence claims providing a wealth of experience in managing claims at all levels.
The department recognises the need to adapt to this developing and expanding market for legal services. Members of the department recognise the need to provide a partnership to ensure the best possible result for the client and to maintain and foster an excellent relationship with solicitors.
The depth of this specialist department ensures that on behalf of claimants and defendants all types of claims can be managed including small claim, fast track and multi track matters as well as major multi million pound litigation.
The PI Department welcomes conditional fee work. The department is acutely aware of the particular challenges that apply in dealing with these cases and assistance can be provided at the critical early stage.
To this end the department is keen to ensure that service standards are maintained and that matters are dealt with promptly. All documents can be returned electronically and within time limits to suit solicitors.
