At over 20 years call, Jamie has a wealth of experience across all aspects of personal injury litigation.
He represents both Claimants and Defendants. He deals with cases involving complex evidential and causation issues at all levels. He is on panel for several large insurers and is regularly instructed to defend difficult claims where the stakes are high and dishonesty is suspected. He has a keen eye for detail and is well known for his thorough conferencing and pleadings as well as his robust cross-examination style.
He prefers to work closely with his instructing solicitors and be involved early in litigation where possible (and at key tactical junctures such as CCMCs, PTRs etc) to ensure that the opportunities for tactical and evidential advantages are maximised throughout the life of a claim.
Jamie is a regular contributor to Chambers' seminar programme.
