What is direct access?

Direct access is an alternative way for you to get the legal help you need.

Instead of using a solicitor to instruct a barrister you can now approach us directly.   This means you are able to have a direct relationship with the person who will represent you in Court.  You will liaise with them personally about your case, and save a significant amount of money in the process.  We operate on a fixed fee basis, which means that you are always in control of the cost of your case.
