The Jury have returned their conclusions in this 10 week inquest in which Marc Willems QC acted as Counsel to the Inquest. 50 witnesses were called including 14 experts in what all experts agreed was an unusually complex Inquest. The Inquest raised issues of Race, Use of Force by Police and allegations of Clinical Negligence and mismanagement
