Michael Jones Successfully Defends NFUM in Catastrophic Injury Case – Cousins v. Gilbert Agricultural Services



In a reserved judgment handed down in September 2024, HHJ Hassall dismissed the Claimant’s claim based on grounds of breach of duty and causation.

The Judge preferred the evidence presented by the Defendant’s reconstruction expert, Mr. Peter Davey, on all points concerning the interpretation of the physical evidence, reconstruction, and findings related to breach of duty.
