Nick Flanagan appointed as a Fee-Paid Employment Judge.

Chambers would like to congratulate Nick Flanagan on his recent appointment as a Fee-Paid Employment Judge . This post is with effect from 1^st October 2021 and he has been assigned to the North-Eastern Region.

This is a part-time position that will run alongside his existing practice. Nick specialises in Employment Law, with particular interest in discrimination, whistleblowing and TUPE issues. In addition to being on the Attorney-General’s Panel of Junior Counsel, Nick’s practice also includes crime, regulatory work and inquests.
