Satpal Roth-Sharma successfully secured an acquittal on a rape case following a 4-day trial at Leeds Crown Court before HHJ Batiste
The defendant, who was under the age of 18 at the time of the offence, was accused of domestic rape involving his then girlfriend who was also under the age of 18. After four days of evidence and a jury hearing the case, Satpal Roth-Sharma secured an acquittal, and the defendant was found not guilty.
